Price of written translation

          Our translation bureau estimates a price for a complete translation at the rate of 2000 printed characters per page including blank spaces. 

This allows our Clients to save 10% of money on every page of translation, because we approximated the number of characters per page from 1800 to 2000.

The price of translation may increase in the following cases:

Urgent translation for the same day - price increases by 2 times.

Urgent translation for the next working day in the amount more then 10 pages - price increases by 1,5 times.

The price of technical translation increases by 10 UAH

The price of medical text increases by1,5 times

Price of interpretation

          A unit of evaluation of interpretation is 1 hour of interpreter's work.  If the time of the interpreter's work doesn't exceed 1 hour, then the payment for their service is standard -- as for 2 working hours.

By translation of standard documents, it is obligatory to produce the spelling of name and surname according to the person's passport to avoid mistakes.

Price of notarial certification

Certification by the state notary -- 55 UAH

A price of certification of a non-standard document consisting of 5pages and more is calculated as follows: 55 UAH + 8 UAH per every page of a document.

Certification by the private notary -- 95 UAH

If a document consists of more then 5 pages, then the price of certification is calculated as follows:

95 UAH + 11 UAH per every page of a document.

Price of Apostille

Ministry of Justice  - 150 UAH

Ministry of Foreign Affairs  - 150 UAH

Ministry of Education and Science -- 51 UAH +

Price of documents legalization

Ministry of Justice    - 75 UAH

Ministry of Foreign Affairs     - 85 UAH

Legalization is made only when provided a Power of Attorney from the documents' owner.

 Price of legalization by the Consulate of Germany:

All certificates (personal: of birth, marriage, etc) - 20 Euro + 10 Euro for our services

All other certificates (of non-conviction, from housing department (ZhEK) etc) and court decisions -- 40 Euro + 10 Euro for our services

Price of translation by an accredited translator of the Embassy of Italy:

Certificates personal -- 135 UAH

Diplomas, enclosures to diplomas, court decisions and other certificates from 180 UAH

 Price of legalization by the Embassy of Italy:

Certificates personal -- 385 UAH

All other certificates and court decisions -- 405 UAH

 Price of text or translation editing

Price for editing (proofreading) of a text composed by a Client or a translation made not by our translators amounts half the price of a language of translation or a language in which a text is written.  

Price of picture scanning

1 picture -- 3 UAH

From 5 to 15 pictures -- 2,50 UAH

From 15 to 35 pictures  -- 2 UAH

From 35 and more -- 1,50 UAH

Price of documents dispatching

Delivery around Kiev by currier services -- 35 UAH

Delivery around Ukraine by currier services -- from 35 UAH depending on a region

Sending around Ukraine by registered mail by Ukrposhta-- 25 UAH

Delivery to other countries by currier services TNT, DHL, FedEx -- from 350,00 UAH depending on a country of delivery. 

 We offer you several methods of payment for our services:

            Such services as Apostille, legalization of documents, translation of standard documents are ordered mostly by private persons. In this case a Client leaves us their documents and makes a prepayment  of  50% for us to pay notarial and legalization duties. This kind of payment is made by cash in the office against a cash order.

 There also are other methods of payment at your disposal. 

1) By a cashless settlement after receiving of an invoice from our manager by fax or directly in our office. Payment details are included in the invoice.

With that, we produce all the necessary documents:

- acts of provided services,

- copy of a registration certificate,

- copy of a taxpayer certificate.

It is also possible to conclude a contract for a  long-term cooperation.

If a translation of a text is urgent and a Client doesn't have time to make a prepayment, we may make a translation against a letter of guarantee from their organisation.

To begin a translation we need a prepayment in the amount of 50% from the sum paid for the materials translated.
